This Privacy Policy explains how GPUse, LLC ("GPUse," "we," or "us") collects, uses, discloses, and safeguards personal information when you visit our websites, use our APIs or MCP tooling, deploy workloads, or otherwise interact with our services (collectively, the "Services"). By using the Services, you consent to the practices described here. This Policy works in tandem with the GPUse Terms of Service and Email Policy.
GPUse collects only the minimum personal data necessary to provide, maintain, secure, and improve the Services. We do not sell personal information and do not permit service providers to use personal information for their own marketing or advertising.

- Account and contact details: name, email address, authentication logs, billing details.
- Service usage data: API request metadata, MCP invocation logs, workload telemetry, IP addresses, and timestamps.
